September 12, 2011 8:01 am I've been bashing these new 52 books except for (so far) Detective, Batgirl, and Swamp Thing. And now I have another to add to that list. Hawk & Dove! While I lost ALL respect for Rob Liefeld 20 years ago.....Sterling Gates brought the story! I just got kind of interested in H&D back in Brightest Day, I LOVED what Gates brought to Kid Flash in Flashpoint, so this was a no brainer. Though I'm not sure if I will add this to my hold box, I think I will pick up the next couple of issues and see how this story arc pans out. If it continues to be good, I'll add it to my box!

September 12, 2011 7:36 am Very boring! I expected more from J.T. Krull. This is a huge back step from the last run, which I really enjoyed. DC is striking out with a lot of these new reboots.

September 8, 2011 11:46 am It was m'eh....The story was ok. Nothing that makes me want to add this to my hold box or buy the next issue. So far, Detective, Batgirl, and Swamp Thing are the best I've read out of this weeks 13. I still have 3 or 4 books to go.

September 7, 2011 8:35 pm I liked it. It was a little slow, but it's a build up to a lot more. Scott Synder is not entirely won over with me. Yanick's art was good. I'm still hating the new Superman look though.
