I thought this issue was great..... for the 17 seconds it took me to read.
I was looking forward to some awesome nazi-bashing but it wasn't to be, it was all over way too quick. Get this commisioned as a mini right now. I'd even buy a WW2 set ongoing if it was this evocative. Martin is a genius!
Yeah, I'm baffled by that one too. Every Guy Ritchie movie is a truly horrific experience. Maybe it's a US/UK thing. As a Londoner, I tend to see his films through very different eyes to someone from over the pond and he just nauseates the hell out of me with his posho version of chirpy cheeky prankster gangsters and headache-inducing 80s MTV cutting.
BBC haven't covered a comic book release since Cap #25 - I'm getting down to my LCS early, I can just see this selling out if it gets loads of media coverage
Not that I spend much time there but I was on the Newsarama forums earlier and Jamal Igle was on there posting in a thread similar to this one and said something along the lines of 'don't worry, it's all part of the plan..'
We shall see, I'm all up for change but Action Comics has just so frickin good lately, it seems like it couldn;t be happening to a less apt title.
Even though, the single volume of Bone is a thing of beauty and I own and have read it along with the single issues when they were released, I think it only fair to give a mention to the recoloured Scholastic versions. They really are beautiful and the colouring gives it a whole new lease of life. I'm not generally one for needlessly embellishing an already existing work of art but if you can pick them up cheap I would definitely take a look

RE: Nightwing in Gotham
Wasn't that just The Jokers imagination?
