SKULLKICKERS #12
December 13, 2011 9:43 pm I can't stress enough how good this book is. This is by far my favorite creator owned title.
This issue in particular has four stand alone stories which are hysterical. I would take this format every month.

SUICIDE SQUAD #2
October 11, 2011 11:57 pm If they follow the old Suicide Squad formula a member(s) will die and be replaced every issue. Deadshot and Captain Boomerang were the only consistent team members I remember.

TEEN TITANS #1
October 3, 2011 5:06 pm I agree. Much to the dismay of Ron and Conor I loved the hell out of this book. While the art was not jaw dropping I don't feel like it detracted from the story.
This is my first experience reading a modern Teen Titans book and I am happily impressed. If you enjoy Superboy or the Young Justice TV show pick this up.

SKULLKICKERS #11
October 3, 2011 3:32 pm I can not get enough of this series. This is the funniest book being published right now. Swords and sorcery plus witty dialogue makes me smile.
I highly recommend picking this up if you have a light week.

FEAR ITSELF UNCANNY X-FORCE #3 (OF 3)
September 23, 2011 5:34 pm The story wasn't terrible, but it pales in comparison to Remender's ongoing series. X-Force and Venom are Marvel's best books at the moment.
I love the 9/11 backups by Bendis and Morse. This one was heart wrenching.

CATWOMAN #1
September 19, 2011 5:51 pm I don't see the difference between Catwoman's trademark sexiness and this cover either. You're reading WAY too much into this cover. I'm excited for this book and I hope it does well.

What’s Wrong With You? Bad Retailers
September 9, 2011 6:51 pm If anyone in Chester or Delaware County PA is looking for a LCS checkout Showcase Comics in Media. Started going there two years ago and I couldn't be happier. The staff and owner are always eager to make recommendations on new books and setting up a pull list with them gave me a 10% discount on issues. I tried several other shops in the area but the selection and atmosphere keep me coming back.
Great article Josh!

What’s Wrong With You? Bad Retailers
September 9, 2011 5:41 pm I was at the casinos during FCBD 2010 and ended up at Jester's Playhouse in Northfield. The staff was friendly and they had plenty of freebies. It's worth a shot if you're looking for a new LCS.

What’s Wrong With You? Bad Retailers
September 9, 2011 5:15 pm Who the hell would want to shop at a store that threatens potential customers? What an asinine method for attempting to stop someone from misplacing comic books. If that was my LCS I'd be finding a new one.
