Really enjoyed that but you missed out one type of origin...a selfless origin like the Silver Surfer's who sacrificed himself to Galactus to save Zenn La. Silver Surfer is m favourite character and his origin is by far the best in comics. so other than the 'born with,' 'revenge,' and 'science accident' you have the Silver Surfer...i can't think of any other superheros who has this type of origin.
