August 18, 2012 3:38 am Unfortunately, Batwoman is one of those books where there really isn't a good 'jumping on point' since it seems to be one continuous story arc.

As I read my books, I try and pick out what panels might be candidates for this and share them with my co-host on my (incredibly amateur) podcast. I am very pleased to say all 4 of my picks made it here this week: Vandal Savage being hilarious, Ozymandias being an acrobatic badass, Peter Parker getting emotional, and the "Vote Batman" Robin group shot. Yay like minds!

July 24, 2012 2:46 pm They said there is a specific scene that reminded them too closely of what happened. Perhaps there is a scene in which a gunman shoots a bunch of civilians? Who knows. But whatever it is, it was a class move on DC to delay the book out of respect.

July 20, 2012 3:34 pm That part was revealed during the conversation with Bane and broken back Bruce in the prison. The whole convo was about false hope making the torture worse.

July 20, 2012 3:33 pm Also, in Gail Simone's Secret Six, Bane was shown to develop strong paternal instincts for another strong willed deadly woman.
