What’s working so well for this series, beyond just the gorgeous art and creative layouts, is the character work being…

September 1, 2013 8:32 pm When I first got back into comics my freshman year of college, it was iFanboy more than any other site that kept me informed and organized on a daily basis. Thanks so much for all the great content and, needless to say, you will be missed.
March 13, 2013 3:31 pm It looks like it has a lot of moments from the comic, but it also seems like it might keep things lighter than the book, which will be a welcome change. The second volume of the comic was way more brutal than the first, almost to its detriment.
October 10, 2012 4:29 pm I really don't mind the change in tone if it's handled well, but it doesn't quite sit right that there won't be a book on the shelf called Amazing Spider-Man. i know its happened to other long-running titles, but still, just seems wrong.
July 13, 2012 3:27 pm Just finished reading it last night. It was a really interesting world, and Jiro was just a fun character to root for. Plus, the art was awesome, and the lengthy food preparation scenes had a penchant for giving me cravings.
July 3, 2012 5:40 am I really enjoyed the film a lot, and felt Andrew Garfield really knocked it out of the park in terms of bringing a fresh but familiar take on Peter Parker.
March 30, 2012 11:44 pm And I was just wanting a reason to read the series again...
March 30, 2012 6:04 pm If nothing else, this is going to give me a great reason to try a new comic, and that's never a bad thing. Easily one of the few rappers I actually want to listen to.
March 22, 2012 9:01 pm One of my favorite panels this weeks was from Birds of Prey. It's simple, but Black Canary's Cry shattering the panel around it is a cool image.
March 16, 2012 2:12 pm If you get issues 6 and 7 of Suicide Squad, you'll be able to get a feel for what it's all about. I was apprehensive of trying the series out myself, but those two issues proved to be pretty enjoyable, and I'm interested enough to at least finish the current storyline.
March 16, 2012 1:24 pm One of my favorite single issues is still The Unwritten #8. The way the story with those two kids played out was absolutely heartbreaking, and I can't think of that series without thinking of that issue.
