January 12, 2013 9:57 pm As sad as I am to see Scott leave, it's going to help lighten the impact on my wallet. And because I really only read Animal Man for the Red/Green/Rot tie together, that will also be leaving my list. But you know, someone else will come along and make me buy more stuff...it's rough.
January 4, 2013 5:08 pm I really hope this title gains steam. It has what I consider to be a very low rating. I also really hope that maybe James will lighten up on the word balloons. His writing is superb but it's also covering much of the page. Still a great title though.
January 3, 2013 8:22 pm This is what a JL book should be. I don't know know much about Constantine but I almost wish he was more involved in a combative way. I guess I wish he would operate the way Dr. Strange did in the Heroic Age New Avengers, with the spells listed in the panels as he casts them.
January 3, 2013 8:17 pm @TNC my friend I can't agree with you more. The Tomahawk story is freaking epic.
December 22, 2012 1:02 pm In a week with Hawkeye, Nightwing, Batwoman and frankly the rest of my pull list, never would I ever have thought that Sword of Sorcery would be my POTW. But seeing as how every other book this week was just so damn wordy. And some of them not in a bad way for the the plot or individual tale being told but just enough so that I felt it. I had to go with SOS. Great fantasy and magical book, it's allowing me to have diversity in my reading.
November 23, 2012 8:50 am What a waste of the introduction of Lady Shiva.
November 5, 2012 11:05 pm I think people are having a hard time following the unabridged story that Scott is telling. All the thoughts listed above are what I thought of when I read the Black Mirror story. As I have grown as a reader I understand what he is trying to get at here.
September 24, 2012 9:13 pm There is all this talk of Tim never having been a Robin, but in TT#1 they show him as Robin, and in Batman #1 he is listed as a former Robin when Bruce scans him. How is it that DC was all concerned about making sense of things, and they are already botching this?
September 12, 2012 8:30 pm POTW even if it was just the backup for $3.99.
September 11, 2012 10:01 pm This book has filled all the holes left by the Unit not being on the air. Nate and Mitch keep bringing the thunder.
