February 12, 2011 10:25 pm I thought this issue was a spectacular return to form for JMS. Like the Alan Moore issues of old, he throws around fantasic ideas like Jackson Pollock throws around paint. He introduces no less than half a dozen really neat future supermen, and foreshadows a major dc crossover event, all of which sound like such good ideas, that I'm sure some other writers will return to flesh them out more fully in future issues.Thoroughly entertaining.

February 1, 2011 10:41 pm I collected this one as a monthly, I can honestly say, it was one of the best series of 2010.amazingly well written, it features one of those narrative within a narrative devices, but it didn't get tired, because the secondary narrative ( the obituaries that the protagonist writes) change every issue. A solid read, and not the least bit pretentious, despite it's "artsiness".
