Get the first trade already!  You'll love it.  Promise.
April 20, 2011 4:55 pm The Sixth Gun has been one of my favorite titles since its first issue.  I'm so glad Josh made it his pick -- first-time PotW in eleven tries. ;)
Thanks, Josh; this book really deserves a larger following.

Now if I could just get you guys to read my other favorite underread book, 20th Century Boys....

@Josh again:  You gotta start looking at the bright side, man.  To wit:

Correction: 310 pulls is the highest this book has ever been, and by a good margin.  People like this book now more than ever.

...or they're expecting it to come out on time and are thus not trade-waiting on it any longer.

Hardman is a beast.  One of my few commissions is an amazing Green Arrow he did for me at HeroesCon.  Plus, he and his wife are as nice as can be.  Makes ya sick, don't it?

I've got Hulk 25 and 26 -- haven't read 'em yet, still lookin' at the pretty, pretty pictures.  Issue 27?  Already sold.  (Note: These are the first Hulk books I've bought in at least four years.)

@Josh: Say what you will about Loeb, he knew how to put asses in the seats.  The readers will catch on to the new guys; have a little faith.

Part One was a feast for the ears.  Now it's time for dessert... and after-dinner drinks, natch.

Congratulations on 250 episodes, all!

Gorgeous!  I met Chiang at Heroes Con, and as ChristopherJohn said, he was as sweet and down to earth as he could be.  One of my absolute favorite comic creators.

His and Joshua Dysart's Greendale is a beautiful book, highly recommended.

Thanks for the links, Ron!  Harris's process images are astounding.  And Isotope is your LCS, right?  Daaamn.

I don't know if "celebrate" is the word that best describes how I feel about this series ending -- though I was happy to hear recently that Vaughan is planning more comics work.  I am thrilled that two of my very favorite comic creators got to tell the story they wanted to tell.  That's worth celebrating.

Great piece, Paul.  My money's on Spider-Woman...

But in Round Two, I would totally take Batwoman over Spider-Girl.

@wally:  That's Dave STEVENS's Rocketeer... although Dave Stewart won, too, which is cool.  Just not for Rocketeer, colored by the equally talented Laura Martin.

Most excited for Stumptown, GI Joe Cobra, Dynamo 5 vol. 4, and three Super-titles this week.

BQ:  I'd most like to get Mike Kellerman from Homicide.  Meatball.

I'd least like to draw Frank Pembleton from Homicide.  Badass.
