It was a decent enough one-shot issue, but…were we supposed to be surprised that they were inside a human body?…

Some excellent comics coming in this week, espicially now that we’re getting more into the story of each one. So…

November 28, 2011 11:19 am If he isn't a villain, he's at least a hypocrite. Hershel refused to kill any of the zombies because he once knew them and still thought of them as people who were sick. Shane went on and on about how they weren't people, and to him, the zombies in the barn weren't, because he never knew them as living people. But the second he finds out that Sophia was in the barn? Finger off trigger, thumb up the ass like everyone else.
November 4, 2011 1:49 pm I think the review said it best--first fifty pages or so of Fixer and Not-Catwoman doing their usual thing and then suddenly getting rocked by this terrorist attack was really striking and solid work--and if Miller kept to that, it would have been a solid work...but then it turns into a bland revenge flick. I just hope that now that Miller has this out of his system, we can now maybe get that Nancy Sin City story he's been talking about.
October 25, 2011 1:10 pm Definitely agree, especially on the art looking good. I recently really got to saw this first-hand--I've fairly recently just started to get into the Top Cow stuff after getting one of those five dollar Witchblade trades, and while I liked that artist's art enough before, when I decided to read some stuff like Angelus and Broken Trinity online...WOW, the guy's digital art and color just explodes on the screen where it's kinda dull on the page.
October 25, 2011 1:07 pm If you're worried about that, I might check to see if they have a digital storefront with comixology or something, and if they don't maybe suggest it to them. I'm going all-digital with the serial comics, but I love my current LCS, so I was happy to see that they had a digital store so I can buy comics and still give them a kick-back, and I still intend on getting my trades and stuff through them.
March 7, 2011 7:03 pm I'm thinking it's either going to be:

1. The AI of the scarab has died and this death-like state Jaime's in is the suit re-routing all functions into his brain.

2. Booster goes back in time to stop Max from shooting Jaime.

Frankly, if neither happens, I'm calling shenanagins.

March 7, 2011 7:00 pm According to Hester, you can place her appearence in Superman on the timeline, but it's not really important to the actual Wonder Woman book--which is probably for the best, because that whole "You inspired me to be a hero, Superman" thing didn't fly AT ALL and the less said about it the better.
March 7, 2011 6:57 pm @misterckent:

Back when DC's blog was doing "DCU in 2011," they had a whole post for Batman Inc., where Morrison writes that we would soon see Stephanie's adventure in London in Inc.
March 7, 2011 6:54 pm The pacing's been odd and I'm not a fan of Miranda's art, but I'm curious to see what happens next, so there's that.
March 7, 2011 6:46 pm You know, now that I think of it...was Catwoman always part of that solicitation? Maybe some of the lateness came from Morrison noticing the cries to keep Selina on and rewriting the script?

Either way, I'm so freaking game for this issue. :D
