August 30, 2013 5:29 am Aaron proves that he can write a more nuanced and touching story in contrast to the previous Godbomb epic. Klein had some big shoes to fill after Ribic, but most of what he did here worked. Thor's face did look a bit odd when he was at Jane Foster's house though.
August 30, 2013 5:11 am I really enjoyed Dimension Z. The art in this issue looked a bit rushed though. The story, however, and especially the epilogue, was solid as always.
August 30, 2013 4:58 am Not a fan of the way Maleev draws Clayface. The story wasn't very interesting either.
August 27, 2013 6:10 am Since Clayface appears in the opening credits of the TV show, but never appears in the actual show, who else thinks it's only fair that he should eventually get some love from this comic? An episode that never happened- a wrong that could finally be made right!
August 22, 2013 4:50 am Wow! I was not expecting such a powerful issue. I had tears in my eyes reading this. Loved the early page where Batman is in chains and the way Gleason drew his eyes reminded me so much of Gene Colan and Klaus Janson. This story was simply beautiful. No one captures the relationship between Batman and Damian like Tomasi. POTW! A heartbreaker.
August 22, 2013 4:13 am For the first time in a long while this issue of Superior was just kind of average for me. But they can't all be winners, right?
August 22, 2013 3:34 am This series definitely needs to be read from the beginning. But that's not a bad thing- in fact, I envy anyone who reads this from the beginning for the first time. It is a sheer joy to consume.
August 22, 2013 3:32 am Feels like we're finally gaining some momentum. Not that I haven't loved the storyline so far, but the same basic one has gone on for quite a long while.
August 22, 2013 3:30 am Amen! I meant to mention that in my comments below.
August 22, 2013 3:27 am It was very cool to see War's army. I don't want to say much more because I don't want to ruin this issue for anyone else. There were just so many great creative ideas on display here. Top notch issue in a top notch series.
