October 5, 2011 4:53 am I want to trade wait... but I don't think I'll be able to. Brian Wood! How'd they do that?
September 27, 2011 11:08 pm Echo is fantastic. You might want to start with that one because its a shorter (read: affordable) run. From there.... on to SIP.
July 27, 2011 4:05 pm I went to the Abstract Studios booth to pick up Rachel Rising and Terry Moore was SOO wonderful to talk to that I ended up with the Echo collection and his 2011 sketchbook as well.
FYI... that Echo hardcover is simply amazing. The spine is a thing of beauty on my shelf.
July 6, 2011 5:13 am I liked the first series! The dialogue between W and BC was great.
This mini should be a lot of fun... if only it were drawn by Amanda Conner.
June 30, 2011 12:46 pm I'm jumping in without having read the entire thread, so forgive me if someone has already mentioned this....
If Dan Didio is indeed wanting 90's readers back, he needs to remember that part of the massive 90's market was buying comics because of their speculative values. And they were buying fifteen copies of every cover variant and first issue out there.

It would be GREAT to have a percentage of them return. But to expect 90's sales from a returning 90's reader base is not going to happen. No one is going to buy 15 digital copies of Detective Comics.

Luckily it doesn't appear that DC has all their eggs in that basket and they are making an earnest attempt to grab a new generation of readers electronically and creatively. Cross your fingers.

June 29, 2011 2:33 am Just got back from the theater and I gotta say... Roger Ebert was pretty spot on. I'm really easy to please when it comes to seeing movies, but this was hard to sit through.
June 13, 2011 2:07 pm I am preparing my mightiest battle-spoon for Wednesday!

April 29, 2011 10:01 am Well.... I certainly didn't see that coming. Fantastic issue!
