February 6, 2012 1:46 pm I'm in the same boat as you except the Compendium ended at issue 48 and not 50. If everything goes as expected (crossing fingers) Compendium number 2 should be issues 49 through 96. I'm just hoping to see that big book under my Christmas tree this year and not 2013. Is that too much to ask.

November 14, 2011 3:46 pm I got the TP at Borders for 70% off during their end of days. I enjoyed it. The hitmen gave me that Pulp Fiction daja vu as well. There's a movie in the works staring Sylvester Stallone playing the surviving hitman character (Jimmy Marvel?). According the the movies wiki site Thomas Jane was replaced as the surviving cop by Sung Kang.

April 27, 2011 11:34 am @origamikid, the first season of Spectacular Spider-Man was released in one package, but of course after the first four volumes. Spectacular Spider-Man: The Complete First Season is currently listed at $14.99 in Best Buy, but the Second Season hasn't been released in one set. You would have to buy vol. 5 - 8 at $9.99 a pop. No thanks.

Spectacular Spider-Man was a great series. Who screwed that up, Disney?
