This might be a tie-in to the Return of Bruce Wayne event, but to me it felt more like a Booster Gold comics as it centers more on Rip Hunter and Booster. This is by no means a complaint because I really love the presentation of Booster being on the highest pedestal of heroes. I don’t know if it’s used on a previous Booster Gold comics, but the scene where Rip tells Booster about the countless times he would save not just the world but the multiverse and that “he’s the greatest hero the world will never know” just blew me away. The biggest thing is that I’m not even a Booster Gold fan. The art by Dan Jurgens was phenomenal as always, that harkens back to the 90’s art I grew up with. Minor nitpick though: How the hell could a woman in a dinosaur beat Superman and Green Lantern together?
