This issue could have been a little more interesting in the concept.  While the main setup is that Dick Grayson orders the Titans to welcome Damian into the team, the dialogue feels forced.  Of course they were not going to like him, since Tim Drake is still their friend and former leader.  The artwork is fine, but not outstanding.  JT Krull appears to not be thinking outside of the box for what could be a very important change to the Titans.  Damian is the final piece for an updated lineup.  This issue does not show promise though.
