Awesome issue. Truly awesome issue, BUT, I’ve heard the recoil like
before from a marine talking about shooting terrorists. still a great
issue. I love the idea that Nick is unbending, unwavering in his
devotion to his goals. This incarnation of the Howling Commandos is
awesome, not unlike how GI Joe is being written over at IDW. I like
that some of the team went rifling through Nick’s stuff while he was
gone. Am I mistaken or did it look like there was a little pilot
chamber inside of those LMDs? Who would be small enough to take control
of those? I am curious to see what happens with Hydra, but I’m much
more interested in the showdown between the commandos and Hammer. This
book is keeping the tension at a consistently interesting level. The
art could be a little more realistic, but overall is effective.
