Leave it to DnA to sweep in and backhand the hundreds of recent thor/cap/iron man mini series. Cearly, what these guys have done to the cosmic side of the Marvel U is no fluke. They take the same concepts that have worked for them in their cosmic work (high concepts, epic scope, clearly defined characterization, and over the top Fun) and apply them to these two iconic characters. With just one issue, DnA effectively prove what their fans have known for some time now: that Marvel’s top brass need to put them on a headline grabbing title ASAP (but fans of their cosmic work, like myself, certainly hope they continue their work in that side of the marvel U when their talents ultimately bring them to orchestrate major marvel events—this issue proves they most certainly should) Sooo yeah. Good issue. If you like comics and like Thor and/or Iron Man, this is more or less as good as it gets. Every issue of DnA’s work reads like a major event, everything that happens in their books grabs the reader’s attention as the gravity of their stories is made palpable, no matter how ridiculous it may be. Very few writers can accomplish this feat, perhaps none as effectively as DnA. This is the most fun book I’ve read since the last issue of the Thanos Imperative (but the art is phenomenal in this book!) Buy this book, read it, and try not to have a smile plastered to your face (you’ll fail)

Story: 5 - Excellent
