I think this comic does exactly what it sets out to do.  I don’t think it’s going to win any new fans to the Image Universe, but it seems to hit all the notes of nineties and early 2000s Image comics, so fans of Spawn, Youngblood, Cyber Force, and Savage Dragon will probably be appeased.  The story is unchallenging, and, didn’t seem very Kirkman to me.  It seemed very 90s Image.  The art is all of the big Image artists, except Lee, doing exactly what they’ve been doing for years.  While none of them are at the absolute top of their games here, they all obviously worked hard on this.  I didn’t notice any awkward physiology (unless you count what these characters usually look like) or missing limbs (though a certain artist’s pages seem to have some convoluded angles to obscure the place where feet would be).  All in all, this book wasn’t for me, but I knew that going in.  I think the people who are looking forward to it, are really going to enjoy it.

Story: 3 - Good
Art: 4 - Very Good
