After months of wait thanks to Avatar changing printers, the finale to Warren Ellis’ space western is definitely satisfying!

Mary Raven shows that she’s not only a pilot, but a pretty damned good detective. Her resolution and ultimately, revenge come off as justified.

Gianluca Pagliarani’s art continued to impress me as this is not an art style I’d normally go for.

It was a long wait for the last issue, and I should be used to that by now with Warren Ellis, but much like Planetary, I came for the analogues of famous heroes and I stayed for the underlying story.

Hope he continues this strange and wonderful world!
