I think I’m getting a little burnt out on Bendis. I like this issue,
but it’s felt a little flat to me. Having Doom say a few magical words
that send the villain into the far flung past does nothing to satisfy
my desire for a good fight in the book. And this issue’s whole point
was be the wrap up to the inaugural fight. I still really enjoyed the
character interaction. I think the stuff with Moonstone and Marvel Boy
was really neat. I do hope that Bullseye actually does follow through
on his threat to Gargan. I thought the art was okay. I’ve never been
that big a fan of the sword and sorcery stuff, but Deodato did a good
job with it. 7/10
