I really don’t understand this.

Daredevil and Noir should be a
perfect match of genre and character.

Hell, with the exception of most
of X-Factor, the regular DD book is the most Noir book being published
by Marvel at the moment.

Of course, if you give a concept that seems
perfect to a lazy writer they may just rest on the idea and not do
anything new or innovative.

When Matt was trying to find information it
was long and not anything we haven’t seen hundreds of times before.

 The
twist of Eliza, both of them, were so broadcast a head of time that I’m
a little annoyed that it took this long to actually reveal it.

 As for
the art, forgetting that the costume is incredibly stupid looking, the
artist went a little crazy with the white out pen for effects on the
grim and grittiness.

Nothing about this book looks inspired or read as
that interesting.

It seems like they had a flimsy idea for a comic and
have been working really hard to stretch it out to 4 issues. If this
book lasted longer than that I’d probably have dropped it with this
issue, but as it is, it is adequate enough for me to read the last
issue.

 Barely.
