Ed Brubaker and Sean Phillips' revisionist take on the Archie characters comes to a both satisfying and haunting conclusion. As always, Philips' artwork is far and away some of the best the medium has to offer, the characters are all easily recognizable, their faces full of life and true feeling or a lack of feeling when applicable. Brubaker also hits the top of his game in this final issue, delivering a hard hitting emotional ride, leaving the reader to decide if Riley Richards remains to be sympathetic or not. A great end cap to the best Criminal story to date!
