I was so close to dropping this book after picking it up over the last few months. Then I saw that Andy Clake was doing the art, I have been loving his art in R.E.B.E.L.S recently, So I had to pick this up and boy am I glad I did. Andy Clarke's art is just amazing. It may be a little to 'stylized' for some, which I understand, But I just love it. As far as story goes it was a great first issue. I haven't read anything form Peter Milligan so I didn't know what to expect but I think he did a good job at introducing us to the people of the Russian underworld. The way that Milligan handled the Fyodor character was fantastic, very 'Alien' in the way you never quite see his face and he keeps you guessing the whole issue. Overall a great first issue and if it hadn't been for Batman and Robin #2 this would have been my pick of the week.
