-The art is serviceable. Some of it looks really good, but occasionally Batman's head looks like a Watermelon.
-Some of the Joker's behavior is more playful (like the Batman:TAS Joker) and comes off as silly after having watched Ledger's Joker. (I'm not saying there isn't a place for that type of Joker, I've just gotten used to the less silly version.)
-The dialog is pretty much typical Smith. Some good, some funny, some bad.
-Deadshot getting shot in the head (layers of protection or not) and then being perfectly fine is a little unbelievable.
-Most of the other Villian stuff was pretty enjoyable. Onomatopoetic (or whatever) remains an interesting character.
-A fairly fun, sort of mediocre, Batman story. It felt (to me) a bit like Smith was writing this simply because his buddy wanted to draw a Batman comic (more power to him, I wish I had the pull to help my friends out like that).
-On a more positive note: I really, really enjoyed Zack and Miri (for reasons that aren't entirely clear to me).

I guess Deadshot’s helmut is about 72 inches layered thick. That’s the only way I can see him survive a point blank shot to the cranium.
Either that or Onomatopoetic’s bullets are made of silly puddy.
(Your comment reminds me of the Futurama episode where the dark matter tanker gets ripped open on pluto and they lament the fact that they only had 72 (?) hulls and that one more hull would have stopped the iceberg from getting all the way through.)
