Ok so this is my first time writing a review on a comic. I'm kind of new at writing reviews but I felt I should write a review about The All New Atom #24. I always read the MAJOR DC heroes i.e. Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Teen Titans, Justice League, The Flash, Green Lantern, and Justice Society. I picked up on Booster Gold after reading 52 and I have immensely enjoyed it. I recently picked up Countdown To Final Crisis vol 1 and they had a part of The Atom (Ryan Choi) in there and it piqued my interest. I'm not sure what podcast it was where the iFanboys talked about an Atom issue, but that also piqued my interest. I have always had a fascination with Ray Palmer, but after Identity Crisis and Final Crisis it just made my fascination even more better. I decided to jump on the newest arc of the Atom. I am just as fascinated with Ryan Choi as the Atom. This is proving to be a very good book and I am very happy that I decided to start getting it.
I thought this was a good issue and had an amazing ending. The scrip for this arc is very good and very sciencey and makes me want to learn more about science. I liked the cameos by Booster Gold and having Ray Palmer in the next issue should prove to be interesting. I like the artwork and the inking. The newest issue (#24) written by Rick Remender, pencils by Pat Olliffe, and inks by Jon Stanisci talks about how Chronos started planning his attack against the Atom. The Atom meets up with missing townspeople in his bloodstream and he meets Lady Chronos. He finds out with a message from the future that Lady Chronos must kill the Atom to save herself. Booster Gold shows up (yay!) in this issue and brings Ryan back to Ivy Town. Unbeknownst to Ryan there was another Atom who showed up and started trying to get the police to go against Ryan. This Atom is Dwarf Star, a shrinking serial killer. Dwarf Star is working with Chronos and he plants the seed of distrust for the Police and the Atom. Ryan goes into his lab and is trying to figure out how to reverse this process when all of a sudden Ray Palmer, the original Atom, shows up ready to help Ryan out.
