Talksplode #83 – Joe Caramagna

Show Notes

Thanks to iFanboy Patrons, it’s Talksplode time.

Joe Caramagna is a name you’ve been seeing in Marvel Comics for quite a while, but there’s more to Joe than comic book lettering. We talk about Joe’s time at the Kubert school, and in the now defunct Marvel Bullpen. Plus Joe’s filling out his comic resume by writing licensed all ages titles like DuckTales and Frozen. He’s a man who just wants to make comics, any way he can. And somehow, we didn’t talk about donuts at all. Weird.

You can follow Joe on Twitter.

  1. This was great. I loved the Kubert school stuff and the conversation about the way he thought about the legends in his early years at Marvel.

Josh, the folks you interview seem like such great people and shed such an interesting light on the industry and the comic making profession. Every time I listen I get a new appreciation for the sacrifices that are made for us to enjoy these books.

    Thank you.
