I’m picking out a handful of series that I want to grab the last couple issues of before the reboot…anyone think this one is worth it?
I have enjoyed this story, but looking at that cover and really thinking about it, I’m just not sure I care enough to even finish it out.
@shiveringking8 The final issues are like Part 13 and 14 of a long running story. A story with some serious ups and downs that changed writers mid-story, but not completely. While it has had some awesome moments and a few strong issues, I would rate the whole thing as a mild mess. So no, I would skip it. If interested in Wonder Woman, check out where she is at after the reboot with Brian Azzarello & Cliff Chiang as creators.
@JimBilly4 I don’t agree this was a mess altogether, but I agree, do check out WW in the fall.
I really liked this, but then I’m a hardcore WW fan. This is probably the most interesting WW story I’ve read since Rucka
I loved Ruckas run, but this waste could have been told in 6 or fewer issues. It’s gone on way too long. The new costume has grown on me a bit, but I don’t know if I can hang with he DCnU WW
@TangleVine I don’t see how this run would color your opinion on the DCnU Wonder Woman. It’s a completely different creative team with an entirely different approach.
Anyway, I thought this was good. The arc in it’s entirety had bumps but this is a very interesting story.
Good issue
??????
Just sayin’
