  1. Missed this during the original Pilot Season, but the art looks great.  Looking forward to this one!

  2. I know this is bad form but I am getting this book based solely on the cover. No idea what it will be like or what its about, but that cover is so sexy, funny, clever and technically great that I need to own it. Oh dear. I have turned into that which I hate!

  3. @har13quin – It’s fun to buy books based on the cover alone every once in awhile.  I just wish I had unlimited expendable income to do it more often.  Even if you don’t stick with a book or just have completely random issues of random series that you would never buy otherwise, its fun to look back at issues bought solely because of the covers.

  4. I will bear that in mind for future purchases! I hope it turns into a good book, the cover art alone is something I want to see more of.

  5. happens to me all the time unfortunately.

and again it’s going to happen. Kenneth Rocafort is an easy sell to me. You could get me to buy any book so long as he’s drawing it.

Eg: Sentry: Fallen Sun art by Kenneth Rocafort. => sold. =(

  6. I will pretty much buy anything this guy pencils. Luckily He seems to work with some pretty good material so far.

  7. While I didn’t care for the story so much, the art was fantastic. And I absolutely love the cover. 3/5 for me, but I’m not going to continue with this title.
