  1. I thought last issue was spectacularly awesome. Conan back to his visceral, Weird Tales roots. Best Conan I have read in a while. Keep it up.

  2. Truman and Giorello really know how to handle Conan. Lots of earth tones in the art. I love the watercolor look to the inks like a Frazetta image but with a little more richness in the colors; not as dark as Frazetta; the lighting is a little less dramatic than Frazetta. I think it’s a perfect art style for Conan; earthy and rich in color. The tone of the writing is perfect too. Conan is an adult and intelligent. He has a grim determination and a dark and lusty humor at times. The political events in his world are complex and therefore seem real. It’s a gritty and deep world Mr. Truman has created. I’m lovin’ it!
