FEAR ITSELF TIE-IN!

Day Three of the Fear. Spider-Man hasn’t slept in 72 hours… he’s hurt, exhausted, and he’s the only hope the people of New York City have. And just when things seem as bad as they can get… it gets worse.

  1. This was a creative team I was really excited for. Unfortunatly not a lot has happened in this series. Of course not, it’s an event tie-in, but still if this creative team had an on-going Spider-man book. I would be there in a shot.

  2. @Zeppo  uh-greed   this team rocks

  3. I read the first issue, couldn’t get into it. Love that cover though.

  4. LOVE the black and red McKone Spider-Man costume. great-looking.

  5. This tie in is one of the only ones in FI that keep up with the main story. People are in shear terror, Fear has gripped NY and spidey is in 3 days strong trying to keep people from killing eachother.

This is MUCH better that the crap that has been the Avengers tie ins.

  6. @TheRealVenom  I agree, mostly. The 2nd issue, I feel, lost the focus that was making this one of the better tie-ins for FI.

I loved how the first issue was what FI, I thought, was supposed to be all about: people being confronted with their greatest fears. Who better to face the fears of non-super hero types than the guy who gets the ‘real-world’ shaft more often than not?

But the second issue went the way of “DUPER-POWRR BAD DUDES MAEK LYFE SUX ALOT” though still very good due to the team on the tie-in.

  7. This is my favorite FI tie-in so far. I am also a big fan of the solid, flat-colored Spider-Man costume. Great work, everyone!
