It's starting to feel like the new Image series Skullkickers might be the next big thing.  If you haven't heard of it, don't worry, you will.  It's written by Jim Zubkavich, and illustrated by Edwin Huang, and hits the stores in September. In their words, Skullkickers is: "fantasy action-comedy. Two mercenaries are entangled in a high-class assassination plot and nothing — not werewolves, skeletons or black magic — will stop them from getting paid. If you love movies like ARMY OF DARKNESS, SKULLKICKERS is the book for you!"  If you read Pop Gun volume 2 or 3, you will have seen a bit of Skullkickers.
