SDCC 2011: Contest – Q&A with Stan Lee on Friday

As you well know, Captain America: The First Avenger (opening in theaters on July 22) is going to be the talk of the town at this year's San Diego Comic-Con. In what can only be described as a very cool coincidence, it turns out that Norton (where I work) is sponsoring an exclusive Q&A session with Stan "The Man" Lee and they've invited the iFanboy community to submit questions to this living legend during an exclusive live webcast (which I will be hosting!) at Marvel.com from the Marvel booth on Friday, July 22nd from 11-11:30 am. In addition to getting a chance to listen to Stan's pearls of wisdom, winners will get a signed copy of an exclusive 3-D Captain America comic book (which Stan Lee wrote) and a picture with the man himself.

There will be three winners selected, and they will be on stage with Stan to ask the question in person. (Check out the Norton Facebook page for more information and examples of other questions.)

If you are attending the show, make sure to stroll on down to the Norton & Captain America truck (full schedule for truck, which is doing this whole tour, can be found here). I've seen this thing and it's pretty crazy; not only do you get to check out some cool technology, they're also giving away three signed comic books once a day throughout the show, as well as opportunities to win other prizes. To enroll in the contest, come by Thursday to submit your question there.

Hope to see you Friday morning!

  1. That is such a great gig for you.

I hope the Q&A will be online somewhere afterwards; I don’t know whether I’ll be able to watch it live.

  2. congrats on the hosting gig, Mike!
