Nick Fury is Invading My Living Room

Has anyone noticed that the David Hasselhoff TV movie Nick Fury: Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. has been on like NON-STOP on Fox and FX? Is it just me, or is it on every time you turn on the TV?

I don’t know what’s worse, the Nick Fury movie or Hasslehoff in this.

Oddly enough, David Goyer wrote the Nick Fury movie. Well I guess we all gotta eat and pay the rent.

  1. Goyer wrote Batman Begins. He could have written Teaching Mrs. Tingle and I would forgive him.

    (Really hated that movie)

And no, I haven’t noticed, because I haven’t channel flipped in a long time. Between Tivo backlog and dvds, there’s no need.

  2. It’s been on at least twice in the last two weeks.

I remember watching that movie when it premiered.

    Why did I do that?

  3. at least twice? I can name 6 individual times that it was on in the past 2 weeks. why? because every time it was one, I made the Scooby-Doo noise and was very confused.

  4. He’s really REALLY been into the Scooby-Doo noise lately.

  5. it just keeps coming up
    and I hate it

  6. The movie or the Scooby-Doo noise?

  7. both

  8. *shivers* Our local Fox affiliate showed it this weekend.

    *stabs bad movie*

I cannot seeming flip the channel fast enough. Ugh. See, Hollywood whines every year about viewership being down in the theater and all I can think is, “Well, stop making crap like. Make fewer movies, invest more in the creation process and hire competent people.”

How did that movie get made?

  9. Every time I turn on FX they seem to feel the urge to play X2.

  10. I know. I watch X2 up until Bobby puts up that wall of ice.

  11. I wish he would ice up.

  12. Ditto.

Did no one watch the Hasselhoff music video?

  13. You’re a sick, sick man.

  14. It’s the best music video ev-ah!
