The latest trailer for the Transformers movie came out. I’ve been fairly skeptical of this movie, until now. Okay, I’m in. It had the transforming noise. That’s all I wanted.
I kinda like how the autobot logo was on the steering wheel and the hood of Optimus Prime when he is in truck mode — although I wonder if The Transformers actually talk in this movie..

I liked it, and Megan Fox is amazingly beautiful, but i need to hear one of the robots talk before i am all in to see this thing. Right now it just looks like the Transformers are ONLY big fighting robots, which is pretty and fun and means lots of explosions which i like, but the Transformers also are supposed to have personality and I haven’t seen that yet. SO i am still on the fence.
Anyone else notice the VW Beetle parked right next to Bumblebee on the car lot? I thought it was a nice touch

Hey guys! As for them talking. I am fairly certain that they got Peter Cullen (the original Optimus Prime) to do the voice in the movie. I also think that Hugo Weaving is doing Megatron. That is going to be cool.
I think they also had a voting thing for a while (like the Juggernaut bitch) for what you wanted to hear Optimus say. I think I voted or listened to “Autobots, transform and roll out.” That gave me chills too.

I’m in. I am going to see this movie. I have always been “in” in that way. The noise, cool. Optimus Prime, very cool. However where is Megatron’s arm canon? Are there any Autobots other than Prime and Bumblebee? This trailer got me more excited to see this movie than anything else I have seen. I am trying really hard to not be the fan that gets upset because it doesn’t have the same look as the cartoons, but I am still a little apprehensive about this movie. Maybe that will change when I hear Prime speak.
You are 100% correct Ron. i had (have??) my doubts but the fact that it has the original optimus primes voice AND the transforming sound???? fuckin a! im so pumped now.
and i know it means nothing but the trailers make it look like a kick ass action flick! i mean what other movie has a frickin robot running through a damn bus!?!?!?
Liked the trailer, and like everyone else the transforming noise, but why do the all the white people in it looked jaundiced.

I finally sat down and gave this a good look.
Are the Transformers shooting bullets and missiles? After years of watching laser guns fired back and forth, that seems strangely low tech. Also: did I see one of them roller-blading down the highway? Grave concerns.

Okay… now I am excited for this movie. To Hell with not getting my expectations up to avoid being disappointed. I am okay with roller blading Decepticons.
