AvX…..why then?
Poor/cheap storytelling, bad pacing, choppy and inconsistent artwork. It all feels rushed yet nothing happens. It’s shit, I love my Avengers and I love my X-men but that book is just a shitty cash grab from Marvel.

AvX is on the chopping block. I’m giving it an issue to save itself, but the Phoenix Force Five is just… I don’t… man, I don’t think it can be saved. I’m kinda liking the Kree world plot line in Secret Avengers, but I’m rather confused as to how this fits into the timeline of the event. (Oh well.)
Still not sure about the new BoP art, but hanging in for a bit. Giving X-Factor and Red Hood a semi-random chance. Sort of fell off Batwoman, but still have a couple unread issues. Need to read those and figure out if I want to catch up.

Its a huge week for me but Saga, Daredevil and Winter Solider are can’t miss books. You add two Remender books to the mix and you know it will be a great week.
I would take out Steve Rogers, ask him how a man should live, and follow it to the t. Or Ender Wiggins and talk Risk strategies.

19 books in one week for me and I think like 5 are from the cross overs from AVX. I still have like 10 I think to read from last week, I am still way behind and I hope this weekend I get some quality down time so I can sit and read! Due to my budget starting to shrink and I keep saying I have to make some cuts however; I have been doing less cutting and more adding again. I think I will try to finish out the year with what I have on my pull list and than start cutting for 2013, otherwise I will be living in my comic boxes under lower wacker.

Returning to comics after a two year hiatus due to finishing college and being broke. Not sure what to pick up. Probably a bunch of stuff from the past couple weeks. Been out for a while now, and it feels just like when I first started getting into comics, which is kind of exciting.
