December 11, 2012 10:22 pm All I'm saying is they better not de-power Magneto. It seems like that's the direction they're taking it from the last issue of All-New X-Men. It's ridiculous, Emma has no psychic powers etc... Exactly what they did with Nate Grey. Why can Thor, Iron Man, Wolverine and Hulk be 'all powerful ' but to keep other powerful characters interesting you have to power them down.
December 11, 2012 12:44 pm Yeah baby. That cape is gorgeous
November 9, 2012 8:15 pm Why Queseda! Why! Cyclops' visor is iconic as as a batarang or caps shield. Those visors were used by mutants in dark knight returns. It screams mutant. Oh well
October 10, 2012 8:50 pm No not working for me. Shame on Remender for being a Marvel sheep. You keep on trying to make Cyclops a villain and Wolverine some sort of pacifist. Someone needs to give that runt a beating. I don't think I've met such an arrogant SOB. Yes I know he's a Marvel character but you don't see Superman, Batman, Thor, hell even the Hulk going round like psyho's threatening to kill someone every minute just because he's upset yet have everyone written to follow him like sheep just because he's a top selling character for the company. I call bull Marvel and always will
October 5, 2012 6:52 pm Beast as a replacement for Charles Xavier! Are you freakin kidding me. Beast has bloody A's on his gauntlets. He walked off Utopia. He's no more of an X-Man than Wolverine. At least Hickman didn't have Wolverine representing the X-Men. What a disaster that could've been
October 3, 2012 4:17 pm To be honest I really think this was just some excuse to shine more light into the Avengers. Yes they smashed sales with the Avengers movie but I would give credit to Favreau and whoever was in charge of the Marvel movie department at that time for making 5 films that connected together to create 1 blockbuster movie. Anyway as I was saying the Marvel readers have recently been trending back towards the X-Men again thanks to higher sales of Uncanny X-Men, Wolverine and the X-Men and Uncanny X-Force. These books have been beating the Avengers titles due to having fresh new writers unlike the Avengers which had its flagship title and sister title (New Avengers) being written by the same writer with the same characters. Of course Marvel not having the rights to the X-Men franchise means Avengers gets the bigger push hence the mash-up of Uncanny Avengers. Wtvr. I for one love Hickmans writing and hope he doesn't shoe horn Cap's almightyness down our throats. The Avengers now seems like a dictatorship. I liked the movie Avengers who worked as a team. I don't even remember the Justice League having a dictator and that's what I love about it. They agree or disagree. Lately all I see is Yes Cap. Sir Yes Sir! And please Mr. Hickman I've had enough of Wolverine. Heres hoping All-New X-Men delivers.
October 3, 2012 3:59 pm Well said
October 3, 2012 12:04 pm Agree 100% Could've boiled it down to a writer not getting the character but we had 4 writers on it including the writer who had kick started cap back into an ongoing run that was cherished
September 18, 2012 6:06 pm Na knowing Marvel, the writer will come up with some gimmick to reduce his powers to nothing like they did Nate Grey. The Summers family cannot catch a break!
