April 22, 2011 12:38 pm It's a bit of a concession, but what if, in order to be more economic Vertigo were to become an OGN line, so DC could still produce the quality work without loosing money on their monthlies. I tend to like Vertigo in trades more, and that seems to be the route Didio wants to take the company.
March 27, 2011 5:00 pm The cool thing was that she was in the first season of Smallville as a freak of the week! Is very serendipetous
March 10, 2011 1:18 pm JH Williams is so good, I could wait years. Elegy is a story that is going to last the test of time because of the amazing work done by the team, and if Batwoman needs to take a long time to come out, the end result will be far stronger because of it.

Maybe it would be cool if Batwoman comes out in phases like Umbrella Academy?
March 9, 2011 3:08 pm love this stuff. Just blogged about it too:

February 25, 2011 5:10 pm @MisterJ I'll rephrase then. John's gets a double standard because he's the most successful writer in comics.

Unless he puts out a book at the level of Blackest Night or Sinestro Corps where the payoff of his huge story is there, the people reviewing him tend to really put him under a microscope, and ignore that he's still putting out great material.

I love Ifanboy but they've been really dismissive of his current GL arch, which I don't think reflects the hard work and amazing comeback Johns gave Green Lantern. And by Conner and Josh jumping off Green Lantern, they are definitely writing John's off.

Also, Its a variant cover

Looking forward to this. I think people tend to write John's off to soon.
February 23, 2011 2:38 pm God Bless, He'll go down as one of the finest Animation storytellers in my opinion, and ending with JL:C2E and All-Star are two of the finest projects ever released in animation.
February 17, 2011 12:04 am She was the original Supergirl on Smallville and was known to be a huge comic fan. Fun stuff
February 15, 2011 2:25 pm RIP REBELS, Thanks to DC for taking a chance and letting the story run to its natural conclusion. Its good to see Tony Bedard becoming a major player at DC with GLCorps and DCUOL because of his hard work on REBELS. I hope we get more of these "Fringe" books down the line.
