May 24, 2013 4:37 pm If Mark Millar or Garth Ennis had written this Wolverine would have given himself The Shocker.
May 24, 2013 11:14 am Vorrin1, Morrison did that to himself and the result was Final Crisis.
May 23, 2013 9:02 pm This template would later be used for the ABC series LOST.
May 19, 2013 9:10 am Every time Weller opened his mouth I kept picturing an animated Batman from The Dark Knight Returns adaptation. Am I the only one? Thinking back on Robocop, Weller's performace as a cyborg wasn't even acting. That's how the guy really talks!
May 18, 2013 9:20 am Hmm, watching this I got much of the same feeling I got when I watched Superman Returns. Yeah, it's a reinvention but it's also an homage a also partially a remake... The Kirk/Spock WOK reversal at the end didn't work at all. It was a pale imitation of a much better scene, and everyone knew that Khan's blood was certainly going to come into play. I liked it, but I wanted to love it.
May 16, 2013 8:00 pm I love, love, love Ellis/Hitch on The Authority. No matter how many times and ways they reboot it, it will never reach those heights, unfortunately.
May 16, 2013 9:29 am If you're a consumer, why bother trying something new? There's so much "new"/recycled content released every month that consumers are forced to be cautious about any new title they might try, especially armed with the knowledge that it probably won't be around for more than ten issues. By the time buyers figure out whether or not a title is worth their money, DC has already cancelled it..
May 8, 2013 4:39 pm Both Year One and TDKR knocked it out of the park. DCAU is starting to get a bit like the original Star Trek film series in that every other one was good (excluding Nemesis).
May 8, 2013 3:29 pm After "Superman Vs. the Elite" and "Justice League: Doom", I've been a little worried about DCAU. Hopefully this is a return to form.
