April 3, 2012 8:14 am 30 pages for $5 has a better page-for-money value than a $4 book, whether it has 20 pages or 22.
March 31, 2012 7:28 am I knew this would happen eventually, those few pages we got already in colour were too good for it not to be done to the whole series.
March 17, 2012 10:11 am What neums said. This definitely feels like what would happen is Death of Spider-Man didn't happen. And Bendis was no longer the sole writer :P Honestly, I liked it. Do feel that Spider-Man shouldn't have a motorbike, what with the webs, but the Iron Spider suit looks cool.
March 6, 2012 7:37 am For the most part, I like the costume. I like the helmet except for the horns, antlers, feelers, what are they? I like the way the red and blue meet, and I like the lightning bolt on the chest... up until it starts going down his leg. If it stuck to his chest, I'd be all for it, but it's been turned from a logo into a go-faster-stripe and just looks silly.
February 21, 2012 9:51 am So THAT'S where The Cinema Snob got his theme song from?! I had no idea. The Batman and Spider-Man themes can be sung by pretty much anyone, no matter if they've seen the shows or not.
February 20, 2012 10:56 am Oh I giggled so much when I saw Tim Curry cast as The Sphinx, because really it needs no explanation, it just is perfect.
January 28, 2012 9:46 am Probably the first time a cover and nothing else has sold me on something.
October 21, 2011 11:16 am I can't stand dick-ish characters, not in the way you're supposed to dislike them, but in the sense that I can't sit through them, which is why I struggle getting through The Wire, and why I'll leave this for the DVD, as it's a good premise. Also, why are there a number of comments saying this is exactly what teenagers would do if they got powers? Sure, this is what some would do, but it's also what some adults would do. Give teenagers some credit, they're not all villains in waiting.
August 4, 2011 2:41 pm 'this really is the end of him as that physical character that appeared in the very first issue'. So maybe that means he'll die, and come back as something else?
July 25, 2011 10:50 am The overdone veins on Hulk remind me of the 1st cover to the new Animal Man series.
