June 28, 2015 9:33 pm Three jamokes talkin' comics. Welcome home Ron.
May 4, 2014 9:41 pm I grew up (and still live in) Georgia, and I'd say Southern Bastards is very much the South. The essays from Aaron and Letour perfectly encapsulate the way I feel about the South as well. It's a love/hate relationship all the way. Southern Bastards was definitely my pick of the week as well. Amazing Spider-Man was my runner-up. Also, having FNL feels now. "...living in a Devil town"
April 4, 2014 11:46 pm Such an awesome movie. Sadly now I must wait for Guardians and especially Avengers: Age of Ultron.
September 8, 2013 6:15 pm End the week with a potw podcast. All is right in the world.
September 1, 2013 5:27 pm Sad but not sad news. I think we all(the iFanbase) can accept that change is inevitable. To keep it brief I'll just say(as I have before) stumbling onto an iFanboy video on youtube one day(the Ultimate Spider-Man video show) was a great day for me. This site and all those who have contributed to it and the community got me back into comics and I can't say thank you enough. Your thoughts and (many inside jokes) over the years whether it was in articles or podcasts helped get me through some tough times in the last few years and I am forever grateful. As before, I will continue to enjoy any new podcasts or content produced. As long as I read comics, iFanboy will always be in the back of my mind and make me smile. iFanboy will always hold a special place in my heart & mind. I wish everyone at iFanboy well and hope the future is bright. And finally, as a famous comic-book Father once said(who I will now paraphrase) "Always hold onto iFanboy." That was for you Conor & Ron.
June 6, 2013 4:52 pm Great review. Always loved this book.
March 14, 2013 3:38 pm Good pick. Aside from All New X-Men and Uncanny X-Men, Avengers Arena is my favorite Marvel comic at the moment. Great to see a series overcome the (wrong) stigma of being just a marketing gimmick.
January 18, 2013 5:53 pm Wow, did not expect this announcement today. I'll try to keep it simple and just say congrats to both Ron and Paul. No b.s.. iFanboy is the reason I started reading comics again ever since I stumbled onto your podcast/site a few years ago. Everyone at iFanboy has their own voice and perspective and I will miss Ron's enthusiasm, especially for Scott Summers and the X-Men. I look forward to see what comes from both iFanboy and Ron Richards in the future.
December 11, 2012 2:09 pm Richard Schiff does make any movie better.
December 11, 2012 2:06 pm Wow, looks great. Seems like a few people at Warner Bros. finally read some Superman comics.
