"The Harvey Pekar Name Story" is still one of the most profound stories Ive ever read in a comic.

 

When I heard he had passed, I cried a bunch. I would never have actually started writing and doodling my own comics if not for this man and his work.

June 15, 2010 2:01 pm Wagner is one of my favorite creators, mostly for Grendel, but I love Mage so much. He had intended for mage to have three books (I think I read the third was at some point going to be titled The Hero Denied?), I really hope this is an indication that he is gonna be doing it.

While I havent read the comic, I have seen all of Heroes (please dont judge me).

I obviously dont have any idea if the guy has a case or not, but from that italicized description up there, it describes a very specific scene from the show. For whatever thats worth.

So I just got back from KICK ASS.
