December 6, 2011 11:11 am I agree, you catch a break on the print subscriptions of about $0.99 an issue from DC, as they know that's a guaranteed sale for that series for 12 months. I could see digital doing the same thing. If you agree to buy the next year's worth of Batman, I don't see why they couldn't give you a break in pricing. That would also allow some "preorder" estimates, which is someting that isn't readily available in the digital market.

November 14, 2011 6:09 pm Pretty cool. I know I have a nephew who is getting close to picture book age and once he's able, he's going to have access to all six of the volumes I own. Top Shelf has some great kid friendly books.

August 23, 2011 10:40 pm I must say this is one of the series I will miss. The interplay between the three characters has been enjoyable, the art has been great, and I've felt the storylines have been getting better with each issue.

August 23, 2011 10:37 pm Yes, this is kind of a gritty modern storyline, but I think some readers may just be waiting for the reboot. A lot of the ending arcs for the current DC titles have been hit or miss. I'm hoping this finishes on a high.

August 17, 2011 10:29 am I initially liked the cover but as I look at it more I do think it's a little more cheesecake than I like. As for the issue itself, I thought it was a great wrapup of the series. A well paced story with the lighthearted touches that I've learned to love with the series. I'll miss the series, but it had a great run.
