I read comics in the late 80's early 90's and then took a break. When the new story about the death of Captain America hit, I went to a local store and picked up that issue and a few others. Since then I've been hooked.

On Feb 25, 2010 7:48 PM@ TheNextChampion Checking the Comicsconnect site where the Action issue was sold, it looks like Batman#1 CGC 7.5 has a buy it now offer of around $24,000. Of course the minimum bid is only a dollar.

On Feb 17, 2010 11:10 PMI agree this was POW. I agree that sometimes it was difficult to keep track of some of the rougues, but overall it was a great issue and quite a comeback from the last issue. Supergirl #50 was also in the running, a great end to the arc.

On Jan 21, 2010 5:45 PMI think my pick would have to be Blackest Night the Flash #2. I enjoy the contrast of Captain Cold's costume among all the black and grey. I also enjoyed the character in eye similarities between Brave and the Bold #31 and Air #17. I think Brave and the Bold wins between the two

On Jan 17, 2010 2:10 PMSWORD Cancelled, and I believe Dr. Vodoo was as well. I would think with its tie in to the Xfanbase that it SWORD would have stayed around longer. I might have to pick up some of the Brubaker Catwoman arc. I haven't been disappointed in anything he's written, and am working on expanding my DC reading, so it sounds like a good place to start.
