I gots no problem with the legion when written well, as they were here.  I still miss the Giffen years (the 5 years later era) as well as Legion Lost.

 Is Johns just doing this series to show us he's thought about/retconned things we've taken for granted? (Krypto to Earth, Heat Vision/Glasses)...maybe every issue will have a previously unforseen twist/angle.  I'm digging it, and it's better that anything going on across the street ('cept for maybe what's coming in Invincible Iron Man).

August 7, 2009 3:39 pm I'm DONE with Hulk...I'm tired of Marvel having their cake and eating it too with renumbering just to have anniversary events w/higher sales figures or yet another #1 issue.  I'm selling my whole run except for Peter David's issues and 181.  F 'em .

Brubaker's sure put a lot into this book, and I love it.........too bad Bucky's the big Skrull reveal.

September 19, 2008 10:51 am I'm kinda bummed.  Most of last year, this show brought teh awesome.  The script/acting last night was....weak, ala "make it up as you go" and write your way out of it.  I hope it gets better, though I'll still watch if it sucks.  It IS the only Superman TV show there is right now.

Welcome to the age of un-compressed, re-constructed comics...of which we have to ask what the hell happened in that issue.

  I like it, but I don't get it.  Is that fair?  This is like New X-Men was for me...and it eventually kinda made sense, so here's hoping...
