July 10, 2013 10:35 pm perhaps the best issue yet, I fell like the series is only now taking itself seriously and allowing its storyline to bring the gravtias, as it should.
April 19, 2013 2:49 pm i often pass over steve rogers as vanilla, as tame, as a parallel boy scout. but that panel? Uh-uh, that man is gonna hurt somebody!
April 19, 2013 2:45 pm don't know how to quantify it but for some reason looking at thesecovers this morning made me feel good, a little easier to get through the day. again, don't really know why. but thanks.
April 15, 2013 10:29 am this makes me curious how they're handling the Krypton timeline. Perhaps the explosion in our time was years ago but back on Krypton it is still imminent, hence how there is anywhere left to return Kal-El to. Intesting also, how Zod of old was the fugitive and now he appears to be the warden.
April 12, 2013 10:20 am Doug Hills where have you been my life? And i want that Storm book, and i don't even care for Storm!
April 12, 2013 10:18 am I LOVE Nguyen's art but can we be done with this 'baby version' of everything, not just by him, but throughout comics? It's getting really trite at this point IMO. Nearly every Hawkeye cover is 'frame-worthy'
March 24, 2013 12:53 pm @ conor. It's cool. I was asking you because the person before you asked if there was word on the dvd release and you resonded directly after him, "yes". I took that as 'yes, there is a word about the dvd release' and I thought you might know what that word was because you were the one to respond to him. Misunderstanding.
March 23, 2013 6:22 pm you can't compare this to Hellblazer and think you're judging it fairly. They didn't call it HB because it is not the same title, verison of charcter, or setting. that being said, it is still quite enjoyable. sometimes we view things through cynical eyes and due to this we don't give certain things a fair chance and because of this lose out on really nice finds. this is one example of that. I understand Josh's compunction but this is a good book despite what came before it and deserved to be judged on its own merits. If after that it's still not your cup of tea, fine. at least you gave it a fair shake and it deserves at least that. A curmudgeon who refuses the future in sake of nostagia will never be satisfied. I'd give four stars.
