Those are some great panels  but my favortie would the first 2 panels of the lil' justice league page in superman/batman, when batman is explaining what being murdered is to robin.

 

Batman-"Overwhelming trauma that renders the victim lifeless."

Robin- "OHHH... like when alfred doesnt let me have dessert?"

simply amazing.

I wouldn't say this issue is filler. In this issue we learn of the hyper-adapter.When he unleashes it it looks like the thing he fought in RoBW #2. My guess is that this creature is actually Doctor Hurt. A monster that follows bruce wayne through time making his life a living hell.
