I feel like Gabriel Hardman is simply working on another level that most artists ever achieve. I can't wait to continue watching his career grow.
Best in the world? Maybe.

This was not only my favorite Marvel book, but my 8 year old son's as well. He literally would ask me on wednesday's before i'd go to the shop..."daddy, does a new Thor Mighty Avenger come out today???".
He loved it because it didn't have five hundred issues of continuity attached to it. He loved the art. He loved the new characters he met in it. (Hyde, Captain Britain, and his favorite...Volstagg!).
This breaks my heart, man...it really does. Stings more than a comic cancellation usually does. And I think I know why....
This feels like an attack on everything that I feel is COOL about comics. This book was something so special. And it's now going to be gone.

This book has been nothing but a big ol' bucket of radical for the last two months. Hardman is drawing the hell out of this, and Parker's writing is, as always, top notch.
They are easily my favorite creative team in comics! It's a shame Atlas had to go...but this kind of makes up for it, as it's.....AWESOME!

Am I the only one that has found himself completely burnt out on Green Lantern stuff? I have no idea why...there is nothing wrong with the books....in fact they are usually well written and well illustrated. I think Blackest Night just kind of wore me out on the concept... ?
dunno...?

It bugs me to no end that more people aren't buying/loving this series. it has been one of my true joys of the year in comics...

For what it's worth, as we talked about on this weeks episode 15.5 of Nerdy30s podcast, we found the discussion on the front steps of the church between Logan and Wraith to be one of the more enjoyable aspects of the book. It was well handled, world weary talk from two characters who have every reason to BE world weary, in a very symbolic setting.
Just wanted to throw that out there...

Finally, my favorite Marvel character has his own book again! I hope this blows away all expectations, kicks ass, and becomes a hit.
IMPERIUS REX!!!

I actually thought the Jurgens story was the only good thing in this comic book.

Issue 606 of this was so good.... I can't WAIT to see where this story goes!
Zemo is so f'n awesome...
And I agree with the above poster...the Nomad feature was actually good last issue, too...hope it keeps up!
