July 14, 2010 8:17 pm We definitely need to see more Franklin. He made this book for me. I love it that the rest of the MU is getting integrated into the X-stories on a more regular basis.

Was promised Cornell/Kirk on MI-13. Bought. Got two pages. I shouldn't complain, I won't complain, I loved it. All 2 pages of it. But can't we just have a little more?

May 22, 2010 6:43 pm This is the worst sort of crossover. I couldn't afford all the chapters of this even if I wanted to, and when I get to the chapters in the books I actually buy, I have no idea what is going on. Didn't we stop doing this in the 90s? I'm on the borderline of dropping the X-titles I do buy until it's over for budgetary reasons.

Let me just say I am really, really, really, really happy that the surly 15 year-olds of the Next Avengers are finally making their official canonic appearance. I enjoyed that DVD more than anyone has a right to.

And I doubt it's really going there (hope not, actually), but if they end up being "villians" (or just power-mad 15 year-olds with no supervision tearing stuff up through time and space), I will laugh and laugh and laugh.

Either way, I really love Torrun and can't wait to see more of her.

My thoughts exactly, eloquently, and to the letter.

Especially the swashbuckling part, and the dying in X-Force while wearing a sundress (wait...)

March 1, 2010 7:50 pm Pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this story arc. Except for the occasional awkward "ah," I really like the way Rogue's being written here. Also, no Gambit this issue. Double score!
February 13, 2010 9:02 pm Sure, some things were a little predictable, but any time Warren Ellis writes Tony Stark, that's good stuff.

Having a hard time judging whether this was a good or a bad ending because I felt really let down by it.

Primarily Hit Girl's wrap-up. I think I'd rather she have died than end up the way she did. I expected more for her than to end up forced back into a typical little girl role.

Unless they get it back up by noon, they probably won't for a few days. They haven't even gotten things cleared up down here from the last snowdump, and the next one's supposed to start tomorrow at noon (10-20" on top of already 3' on the ground). Even if they get shipped, I'm not gonna see these comics for at least a week.

Plan on spending the day tomorrow making pancakes and praying a snow plow doesn't slide into my car.

February 6, 2010 3:54 pm The final page was the real win in this issue. Coipel is an amazing visual storyteller.
