May 22, 2012 8:20 am I've never read a Star Wars comic, but I'll be picking this up based solely on the ridiculousness of the title. "...and the Ghost Prison" sounds like it belongs after the name Flash Gordon, not Darth Vader. And that's awesome.

May 7, 2012 5:02 pm SPOILERS FOR LAST ISSUE i kind of love the fact that the new direction for this series, as implied by the ending of last issue, appears to be entirely based on a pun: Demon Knights vs. Daemonites. You just don't see many pun-based story-arcs these days.

May 7, 2012 4:59 pm I love this cover, but Wolverine's facial hair looks like it was drawn on with sharpie while he was sleeping. Although, given the people he lives with now, that is a very real possibility.

April 25, 2012 12:03 pm Spoilers for Battle Scars, but that's Marcus Johnson, who turns out to be Nick Fury's son, and just so happens to look exactly like Ultimate Nick Fury (and more importantly, exactly like Samuel L. Jackson in a certain movie that's coming out soon.) I guess they're trying to get him out there on the off chance that non-comicbook-readers will see The Avengers and then flock to comicbook stores eager to buy more adventures of black Nick Fury. It's really forced and obvious.

April 23, 2012 1:47 pm I've been looking forward to this even more than the main book. The main book has to pretend to care about it's shoehorned story, while VS doesn't have to hide behind the pretense of plot and just gives people what they want: famous dudes that we love punching other famous dudes that we love. Confusing as hell title though. I feel like an intern suggested it as a joke and then they just forgot to change it before sending it to press.
