March 17, 2013 7:08 pm Avenger Arena is not like the hunger games I would say is more like the movie Battle Royale even cover on the first issue is a homage to the Battle Royale movie poster (http://s246.beta.photobucket.com/user/dioszine/media/BattleRoyale-AvengersArena1.jpg.html).
March 12, 2013 9:00 pm Good Idea, Bad Title. 11 issues may be a little too much for a story line I don't want Batman to experience an arc that long a la Rotworld.
March 5, 2013 12:22 pm I like when he is being interviewed it reminds me of the first iron man in some way.
February 27, 2013 6:07 pm Morrison gave it, Morrison took it. Rest In Peace Damian. He is the reason I became a regular comic book reader because the idea of Batman having a son just sounded too crazy and I had see for myself what that was all about. I thought that there was no way in hell that Damian was going to work, at the time I didn't know who Morrison was or what he he is able to do with characters, then I read the Introduction of Damian my jaw drop in awe of the uniqueness of the character and how he made sense as Batman's son. This little spoiled 10 year old brat was more than I expected he was incredibly intelligent, arrogant, sarcastic, self-righteous and lethal but somehow he managed to make it really funny and with time he showed how sweet he can be. I really enjoyed how the character evolved and developed his relationship with his father and some of his family(Dick and Alfred especially) and that he is the kind of Robin who would beat you with a crowbar (I'll never forget that panel) but still is a kid and really loves his pets.I hope he somehow returns from the grave.

I hope they bring him back soon because he is my favorite Robin and I love how his struggles with being Robin are so different from the ones of previous Robins. I think Stephanie Brown becomes Robin and Harper Row the new Oracle.
February 3, 2013 10:10 pm DC Comics is owned by Warner Brothers and Marvel Comics by Disney both have Channels which showcases some of their comic book properties as animated television series so why not put on air a couple of ads promoting the tie-in comics to the shows and also some other comics that are coming out next week.
August 7, 2012 1:29 am I like to read this series mainly because of Damian it's a really fun comic over all, but I think Damian should get to make more appearances in other bat-books.
August 1, 2012 10:37 pm I just finish reading the The Dark Knight Returns for the first time and let's put it plain and simple my mind was BLOWNED!. I have read some Graphic Novels, but nothing like this, yes I've heard how this change Batman to a Darker Batman but I didn't expect this, I mean this set the bar pretty high. I loved Frank Miller's Joker (*Spoiler-Alert*) I mean when this guy is explaining to Joker that Two-Face asked him to make a bomb and Joker is just smoking his cigarette and with an expressionless face asks "What kind of Bomb?", I just kind of freeze for a minute with a grin on my face. I know how a lot of people feel about Superman and this book and honestly I felt that most of the times this is how I see Superman except for the last part of the book when he fights Batman, I do think he would opposed more to bring Batman down and would put more of a fight against it. There's just one thing that bug me about the book well two panels (http://img268.imageshack.us/img268/9753/screenshot20120801at102.png) because I don't believe Batman would say that although everything after that was awesome(before this two panels the thing about Batman's laugh being scary that was funny specially Superman saying it and the thing about thinking to throw a party after Batman retired funny also). This is a great book that deserves an A+ for the story and the art I know is a touchy subject for some people I give it B+ because it helps the tone of the book and for me it just felt right.
